This article informs us about what exactly Interaction Design is. It lists five major principles (words, visual representations, physical objects or space, time and behaviour) Interaction Designers/UX Designers follow in order to create interfaces in their products in order to help them function to their maximum ability. UX Designers and Interaction Designers’ main focus is the user’s ability to use their products efficiently and without difficulty or confusion. However, in order to do this in an effective way, designers often have to understand the users who are actually using their products and what they’re doing/why they’re using these products in the first place.

Question 1: What sort of research goes into understanding the users who are going to be using your product?

Question 2: How do UX Designers/Interaction Designers receive feedback if their design isn’t working as well as they had hoped?

Question 3: Which elements of the five dimensions of design principles are the hardest to try to figure out during the design process?
